We really hope you are loving your new styles, but if something isn’t quite right, we want to make it an easy fix for you. We accept returns in unused condition, along with a proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. We will accept returns at Vera Bradley Brand and Outlet stores and returns by mail. More details below.
The Details
- You may return your unused product within 45 days of purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or gift card.
- Actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax, and item condition.
- If you utilize a return label from Vera Bradley, a return fee of $6 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
- Return labels are not provided for gift returns or store purchases, so please mail your return using your carrier of choice.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.
- Returns over $500 without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
- Fees related to original shipping, gift boxes, monograms, and personalization are not refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with these policies.
How to make a store return
- Present the original receipt or packing slip to the store associate.
- Present a valid ID when returning product.
Marketplace Returns
Vera Bradley is unable to accept returns for purchases made at other retailers and marketplaces. Please contact the original retailer for assistance.
